COD: Multiple injuries due to impact
He fell through a skylight at A-1 Brewery where he was
working on the roof.
He was dead on arrival at Memorial Hospital in Phoenix,
Arizona.
The death certificate has "suicide" as the reason; not cause, for his death. So an autopsy was performed and though they did not rule his death a suicide, it was not changed on his death certificate.
