Eduardo was a barber by trade. He had come from his home in Mexico to live with his aunt, Gertrudis Robles and her husband Harvey Buttner. He lived there less than 2 years when he contracted typhoid and died.
It is most likely that Harvey paid for his funeral and burial.
Burial
30 Aug 1916
Evergreen Cemetery, Lowell, Cochise County, Arizona
Eduardo RIVERA ROBLES I missed finding Eduardo's headstone many times. Evergreen is a huge cemetery with purportedly 10,000+ known burials. I just could not make out a name. And then one day, the sun must have been shining just right and there it was. Very gratifying to find him. The writing is so faded; it's about 110 years old and worn our by the blazing Arizona…
Notes
Eduardo never married and he did not have any children.
