Susan Carlota VALERIO We met in Germany when we were stationed at Panzer Kaserne, Kaiserslautern. We were standing in formation at parade rest which requires hands to be held behind our back with our hands one clutching the other. I felt someone messing with my very long red finger nails. I turned around briefly to see who it was and the rest is history.
